The earth moved.......

We were staying here when the quake happened

I've always loved George Clooney but while watching one of his films at a friend's house on Saturday night I felt the earth move. That's because Quebec experienced an earthquake of 3.9 magnitude on the Richter scale. The little reported event was felt by many in the Laurentian mountains, north of Montreal. The epicentre was 13 km west of Lachute. It is my first earthquake and I'll admit to feeling scared. We did carry on watching the movie however.
